Complaints

Here at Taylor Vaughan we will always try and do our best for you.  If, however, a client or other person has a complaint about the service we provide then we have an established complaints procedure and how to pursue that is given at the outset of the case.

If you have a concern, the best thing to do is to contact us by speaking to us and we will endeavour, courteously and promptly to resolve it. We would do this within 14 days.

If a complaint is received in writing or is not resolved by the above then it will be referred to Mr Roger Taylor, the partner designated to deal with such matters. If the complaint is about him, it will be referred to our other partner Miss Helen Sechiari.  Full details of our complaints procedure would be made known to you. The important time limits are set out below.

  • We would acknowledge the complaint within 14 days.
  • We would then investigate and seek to resolve it by such redress as may be appropriate if required.
  • We would expect to have completed our enquiries and reported to you in writing within 28 days or sooner. It is in no one's interest to delay.
